Jeremy has a very good eye for technique and is talented at communicating the physical cues to improve my technique to me in a clear way. Dr. Brendan Papin, DPT

Brendan Papin is the founder of Momentum Powerlifting and has been a highly sought after coach for years now with his vast knowledge of strength training as well as rehab. His educational background includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy where he attended Western Michigan University and he also has his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Eastern Michigan University. Brendan’s skill set includes a unique programming style integrating the best of both worlds when it comes to strength training and physical therapy which prioritizes keeping his athletes healthy long-term. His mission is to create a training program that is optimal for progression, yet also enjoyable and sustainable. Brendan preaches flexibility for his clients and personalizes training around the athlete’s lifestyle and schedule.He has also had his fair share of coaching a wide variety of different levels of lifters. He has had the opportunity to work with over 100+ different lifters during his time as a coach. His coaching experience ranges from the local level to the national level and has worked with every age of lifter including teens, juniors, open and masters lifters both male and female. Brendan’s Goal is to continue to expand and grow Momentum as we continue to gain more exposure in the State Regional and National powerlifting scene.

BRENDAN PAPIN has been one of the most highly sought after coaches in the past few years with his vast knowledge of strength training as well as rehab. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and also has his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science. Brendan’s skillset includes a unique programming style which integrates the best of both worlds when it comes to strength training and physical therapy which prioritizes keeping his athlete’s healthy long-term. He is the head coach and owner of the Momentum Powerlifting Team. Being one of the more recognized teams in Michigan, his client’s success in this sport speaks for itself. Brendan has also had his fair share of hands-on coaching. He has done gameday coaching ranging from the National level to the Local level.

Dr. Jeremy Orme, DPT

Jeremy Orme has been coaching powerlifters for six years and has been a competitive powerlifter for eight years himself. His educational background includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo. He uses his background to passionately pursue roles as both a rehab professional and powerlifting coach with Momentum. Jeremy strives to provide an excellent quality of coaching service that focuses on building meaningful relationships with clients and optimizing programming to fit their ever-changing lifestyles and schedules. Jeremy has experience both competing and coaching at competitions like USAPL Collegiate and Raw Nationals. Having experience coaching both males and females of all age/competitive levels, Jeremy demonstrates versatility as a powerlifting coach. He is very grateful for the community and mission behind Momentum Powerlifting, taking pride in the continued development of both his personal skillset and the team as a whole.
